ins2outs Hotfix 4.0.3 (#96a6eaa9)
This hotfix was released to address problem reports spotted on production and impacting version 4.0.1. Its primary purpose was to resolve the corner cases of handing the “Add copy of” wizard used for adding a copy of the documentation structure.
