🗂️ Richer Content Tables: New Column Types
Your compliance tables just got significantly more powerful. You can now add four new column types to any content table in the platform:
- Date — capture deadlines, review dates, or milestone timestamps directly in your table.
- Document — link to any document in your ins2outs repository, turning tables into live traceability records.
- User — assign a specific team member to any row, making ownership explicit.
- Table Row ID — reference a row from another content table, enabling cross-table relationships. Build requirement-to-risk links, test case links, or any structure where one record needs to point to another.
These column types work across all table types — Risk Tables, Custom Tables, and any other content table you’ve built.
🔗 External Integrations: Jira, ClickUp & TestRail
Your compliance documentation and your engineering workflows now live in the same view. ins2outs can now connect to Jira, ClickUp, and TestRail, letting you search for tasks, issues, and test runs directly from the document editor and add them as links with a single click.
These aren’t static hyperlinks. Each linked item renders its live content — title, status, assignee, description — inline inside ins2outs, so your team always sees the current state of a ticket without switching tools. Change requests, test results, and bug reports can now sit right alongside the compliance evidence they relate to.
📄 Literature Review: In-Portal Report View
The AI Literature Review module now delivers your results in two formats side by side. Alongside the existing CSV export, you can view a fully formatted report directly inside the ins2outs portal — no download required. Also, you can browse the executions so you can easily get back to previous runs.
Your literature review findings are now a first-class part of your compliance workspace, ready to reference, share, and audit without leaving the platform.
