What’s New in ins2outs 5.4.0
Universal Risk Tables
Risk management is no longer confined to a specific module. You can now add a Risk Table to any content item within the platform. Whether it’s a quality manual, a technical file, or a project plan, your risk data now lives right alongside your primary documentation.
On-the-Fly Structure Editing
You can now change the structure of any table—including Risk Tables—at any moment while editing content. Add columns, tweak fields, or redefine values without needing to restart your project. Your tables evolve as your data does.
Custom Table Builder
Need something specific that isn’t a standard risk matrix? You can now build custom tables from scratch. Define your own rows and columns for any purpose (Product, User, D&D Requirements, Test Cases, and Traceability) and insert them into any content piece. If you can do it in a spreadsheet, you can build it in ins2outs.
Dashboard Widget: “Ready for Publishing”
We’ve added a new widget to the dashboard to prompt documents publishing. This widget displays all documents where you are the Owner or a Workgroup Member that are currently in a “Ready for Review” or “Ready to Publish” state. The Goal is to quickly identify content waiting for that final push.
